SmartLink Integrations Return Policy

SmartLink Integrations LLC is committed to customer satisfaction. We aim to provide quality products and professional service. Please review the following return policy before making a purchase.
Eligible Returns
Unopened Items
Products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in new condition and accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
Opened but Unused Items
Products that have been opened but not installed, modified, or used may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in resalable condition.
This includes having all original packaging, manuals, and components intact.
These returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, third-party handling, or neglect.
Custom or special-order items that are not regularly stocked are non-refundable.
Software, digital products, and downloadable content are also non-returnable once activated or downloaded.
Installed Products and Services
Service fees related to installation, configuration, or on-site visits are non-refundable once the service has been performed, regardless of product return eligibility.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a product is found to be defective out of the box, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
We will assist you with warranty processing or replacement based on the manufacturer’s policy.
If a product arrives visibly damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a damage claim or resolution process.
Return Process
To initiate a return, you must first contact our Customer Service team at support@smartlinkintegrations.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The product must be securely packed in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and components.
The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a shipping error or defective product.
